by offering my wife to Pharaoh,
by sacrificing my first-born son,

I have sinned
by pleading for the lives of sinners,
but not for the daughters of Lot,

I have sinned
by righteous obedience to injustice & cruelty.

For all these things, I fall on my face and plead,
for atonement, forgiveness, redemption.
